1. Age Policy
a. This is a family friendly festival, but you must be over 18 to purchase and / or consume alcohol in any area within the event. We reserve the right to request ID when you are purchasing alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse sale of alcohol if we suspect you are purchasing it for anyone under the age of 18. Anyone consuming alcohol under the age of 18 will be ejected from the event with no refunds. Anyone purchasing alcohol for persons under the age of 18 will be ejected from the event with no refunds.
b. We reserve the right not to accept any ID if we have suspicions that it is not genuine.
2 Tickets
a. Tickets are sold online and will be exchanged for wristbands at the event. You must wear your wristband at all times during the event. Tickets and wristbands are not exchangeable changeable, transferable or refundable.
b. Ticket price and availability may change without notice. While we will offer tickets at the gate if they are available, these are not guaranteed.
3 Entry
a. We reserve the right to conduct any security search upon your person or possessions that we may deem necessary to help ensure your safety and security at the event.
b. We welcome dogs and their responsible owners. If dog is allowed to behave in a way that inhibits other’s enjoyment of the event or poses any threat to the safety of anyone, we may ask you to leave. Please bring sufficient poop bags.
c. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event when we deem it appropriate.
4 Refunds
In the event of cancellation (we will postpone rather than cancel), you can either request a refund, or an early ticket to the postponed event in 2022.
5 Covid-19
Many restrictions have now been lifted, and it's now down to us to keep ourselves and others safe by exercising good judgement and common sense.
The virus is still highly contagious and dangerous to some, so some people may want to exercise caution and take precautions, please respect and consider those who wish to maintain distance and wear a mask.
a. We will comply with all legislation and will update social media and this website if this means any further actions and precautions need to be taken by us and our guests.
b. In the event that you, or any member of your party are told to self-isolate, please do not attend.
c. In the event that you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not attend.
6. Camping
a. One camping ticket needs to be purchased for each tent. We have limited space so please avoid making large circles etc.
b. No Gazebos or similar.
c. No Campfires or open fires of any kind. including fire-pits. Raised BBQ's (not instant ones) and camp cooking stoves are permitted.
d. All camping locations are first come, first served. You may not be able to camp together in a group.
e. We reserve the right to ask you to move tents, motorhomes, caravans etc. if you are taking up excess space.
Please follow the instructions of the marshals who will be there to help you get in and set up as easily as possible.
7. Food and Drink
The Lower Lode Inn, including the beer garden is a licensed premises. All food and drink consumed in the main festival area must be purchased. If you bring your own food and drink, this can only be consumed in the camping areas.
8. Parking
a. The car parking field is owned by a third party so we are making a charge of £5 per car for parking all weekend. We will have marshals regularly checking the car park and assisting new arrivals to park, however, the use of this car park is at the owners own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to property or person.
b. If you can lift share - do. If everyone does this, parking and entry will be quicker, and it's good for the environment too. Win win.
9. Rubbish
Please do not leave your rubbish, we have limited resources to deal with waste so please take your rubbish home with you and recycle where possible.
These terms may change or be added to at any point up to, and during the event.
