Tickets and camping
Tickets are non-refundable.
If you want to camp with us, you'll need both a weekend ticket, and a camping pass which can be purchased as an add-on. Camping is very limited so if you are planning to camp, please book as soon as you can.
Weekend camping includes Friday night (25th of August), Saturday night (26th) and Sunday night (27th).
If you would like additional nights before or after the festival, please contact the Lower Lode Inn on 01684 293224 to book these separately. We will do our best to make sure you can keep your spot throughout the festival if you arrive beforehand, but this can't be guaranteed and we may need you to move on the first day of the festival.
Food and Drink
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink if you are camping with us for the weekend, but this may only be consumed in the camping areas, not in the main festival areas. Only food purchased from the Lower Lode Inn can be consumed in the pub and the beer garden.
The Lower Lode Inn will be providing a range of fast food during the festival, but a menu of pub food will also be available. Sunday Roast is available for pre-bookings only.
Beer, Ale & Cider
The Lower Lode Inn will be hosting its very own Beer, ale and cider Festival with over 20 varieties.
Enjoy a wide and varied selection of guest ales, beer and cider.
Family activities
We've got a bouncy castle to keep the kids entertained, an ice cream van and some fairground games.
And face painting and henna tattoo by Made by Meeshy
Dogs
We welcome dogs and their responsible owners. If dog is allowed to behave in a way that inhibits other’s enjoyment of the event or poses any threat to the safety of anyone, we may ask you to leave. Please bring sufficient poop bags.
Rubbish
Thank you for taking all your tents and camping gear home with you.
Please keep the river and the hedges clean.
We will have waste bins, but please recycle where you can.
We attempt to reduce the amount of waste by introducing reusable cups that would be returned for a refund, free water refills, recycling and other waste points.
